Overview

WaterCensus is an independent, industry certification company providing standardization between the tap water, bottled water and water purification industries through the use of a scientific scoring algorithm called PURDEX(TM). This algorithm rates the purity and safety of drinking water thereby establishing a true parity between these disparate industries. The other areas of focus are, software, data warehousing, data mining and market research.

Michael is a serial entrepreneur. Currently, he is the Senior Managing Partner and co-founder of Gemini Group LLC. In this role, he has been responsible for the financial, marketing and general business operations for more than 15 years.

COO

Thomas Edward Keegan, MSPH

Thomas is the Principle Managing Partner and co-founder of Gemini Group LLC. For over 15 years, he has managed the compliance and reporting requirements for public water systems across the country. With a background in drinking water research for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, he brings a uniquely qualified skill-set to the day-to-day operations of Gemini Group.
