StartHub.org is a comprehensive, centralized online platform designed to connect, support, and grow Greater Boston’s world-class technology and early-stage community. Developed in a public-private partnership between the City of Boston, Venture Café, Gust, and a wide number of partners from Boston's startup community, StartHub will serve as Greater Boston's homepage for the startup ecosystem.

Mayor of Boston

Gust

Breather

Breather lets you unlock peaceful, practical and beautifully designed private spaces where you can work, meet and relax. With a network of over 95 spaces in New York, San Francisco, Boston, Montreal and Ottawa, Breather lets you unlock a space of your own, on-the-go and on-demand. Users can book rooms for 30 minutes, a few hours or an entire day.

City of Cambridge

Mayor David Maher is a lifelong resident of Cambridge and has been serving in elected office since 1991 when he was elected to the Cambridge School Committee. After eight years of service on the School Committee, Maher was elected to the Cambridge City Council in 1999 where he has served since.

City of Somerville

First elected in 2003, Mayor Joseph Curtatone is now serving his 6th term. As Mayor, he has implemented reforms and new programs that have earned Somerville many distinctions including “the best-run city in Massachusetts" by Boston Globe Magazine, "100 Best Communities for Youth" by America's Promise Alliance, and the 2009 "All America City" award.

General Assembly

Greenhorn Connect

Greenhorn Connect helps build connections within the Boston entrepreneur ecosystem through increased awareness of opportunities. The Greenhorn team is passionate about the Boston startup scene and is committed to helping build a more vibrant and integrated startup ecosystem.

Meetup

New England Venture Capital Association

The NEVCA works to make Massachusetts the best place in the world to start new companies: building relationships among founders and investors; amplifying the voice of Massachusetts’ entrepreneurial community; connecting top students with startups; and advocating for innovation-friendly public policy. With 700+ venture capital professionals from 80+ firms, its members collectively manage more than $50 billion in capital.

Opentopic's content marketing platform makes it easy for brands and businesses to quickly discover, curate, and publish engaging content online. Partnered with IBM Watson, Opentopic’s Cognitive Content Marketing solution provides content recommendations based on startup audience profiles.

Pivot Desk

PivotDesk is an office-sharing marketplace connecting companies with extra office space with startups and small businesses. PivotDesk enables businesses to grow fluidly within the static real estate infrastructure by connecting companies with excess space to companies that need it. Flexible agreements eliminate the risk of a long-term lease, allowing entrepreneurs to offset costs so they can focus on what's most important—growing their business.

Startup Institute

Startup Institute is a career accelerator that combines hard skills with cultural acumen to drastically increase the impact of startup employees. Started in Boston in 2012, Startup Institute now runs programs in Web Development, Product and Design, Technical Marketing, or Sales and Account Management in 5 cities globally.

The Capital Network

The Capital Network is a non-profit dedicated to helping early-stage entrepreneurs in Boston. TCN brings together the area’s largest active community of investors and startup experts to provide members with hands-on education and mentoring as members navigate the fundraising and seed stage funding process.

The Muse

VentureFizz
