VisionCare-IMMAD provides services and education related to driving and functional impairment to drive. The increased use of marijuana has created a public health crisis on the roads. The technology, IMMAD-Impairment Measurement Marijuana and Driving, is a desperately needed objective test for law enforcement that provides roadside determination of impairment to drive while under the influence of marijuana.
