Overview

Example, the S&P 500 Index can be traded, and pays $250 per point. With a $50,000 capitol, three S&P contracts can be traded. Each contract pays $250, times three, equals $750 per point. If six points are earned in a day, times $750, that equals $4,500 profit in a single day, with a $50,000 capitol. As the money compounds, so does the profits. Example, $100,000 allows six contracts to be purchased. Thus each point is now worth $1,500 a point. S
