Our legislative process is more overwhelmed than ever, creating a traffic jam in getting legislation written by politicians. The big guys change the law with ease because they write legislation themselves, but this is intimidating for everyday people. We host contests to get people to write legislation for one another. We then introduced the legislation on their behalf. This builds a community while alleviating the bottleneck of our system.
