Overview

TruColor Capital manages an Emerging Market fund using sophisticated statistical models and other quantitative techniques to avoid extreme market drawdowns. Our objective is to provide Emerging Market exposure with better returns and lower risk than the MSCI benchmark for institutional investors. Our models aim to position the portfolio in the Emerging Markets when markets are moving up, and to withdrawn market exposure during downturns.

Michael F. Dunn

Prior to TruColor, Mike was Director and Senior Portfolio Manager, Alternative Equity Strategies Mellon Capital Management. Prio to this, Mike was Manager of the Quantitative R&D group at Wellington Management. He has also been a portfolio manager and research analyst at the IBM Pension Fund and at Mellon Capital in San Francisco. Arlene Mary Rockefeller

Ex Global Equity Chief Investment Officer at State Street Global Advisiors. Arlene started her 28 year career with State Street managing passive equity portfolios. She moved to the active area in 1997. She has over 35 years of experience in the investment industry. She has an MBA from Boston University, an MS in Informational Science from the University of Chicago, and a BA in Statistics from the University of Chicago.

Mark Pearl

Prior to TruColor, Mark was the Managing Partner at Henderson Capital Management, a fund-of-hedge funds. Prio to Henderson, Mark was a partner at Psilos, a health care focused venture capital firm. Before Psilos Mark worked with the founders of FedEx to create Medical Logistics, a national healthcare-specific courier company. Kristen Evan

Kristen with the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Regent National Bank. Prior to Regent Bank, Kristen was the Acting and Deputy State Banking Commissioner for the state of Delaware. Kristen received her MBA from the University of Delaware, her Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh and her Bachelor of Science from Lehigh University.

Dobrin Penchev

Prior to TruColor, Dobrin was at Fin Analytica, Inc. for 9 years. He was the Director of Global Client Services. He led a team that modeled and implemented complex portfolio and risk management solutions for clients using non-Gaussian software tools. He was also responsible for product developments in these software tools. Dobrin has a Master of Science in Finance and a BS in Economics from Sofia University, Bulgaria.

Cynthia Soohoo

Cynthia was a business Systems Anayst at Sun Life Financial where she earned a Business Systems Analyst Certificate(BSAC). Prior to Sunlife, Cynthia was at Parners HealthCare as a Senior Financial Analyst. Cynthia started her analytical track as an Actuarial Analyst at Manulife Financial in 2002. Cynthia graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a BS in Exercise Science and Mathematics.
