sySTEMic flow

sySTEMic flow addresses the shortage of Black women STEM-degree holders in the United States. Calculus is not a required course to graduate from high schools in Boston, but it is a course many students struggle with in college. Consequently, 40% of people who major in STEM end up switching their major. Our program is designed to offer students’ academic preparation in Calculus, internship opportunities and connect them with mentors in the field.
