Using technology to address the challenge of matching the right tenants with the right place to live. Making the wrong decision about who to rent to/from could prove to be a costly mistake. We want to build a tool that makes all the information necessary available in one place, and actually correctly predicts the risk involved to make the right match easy and pain free. A credit score alone is not an adequate tool to decide who to rent to.
