Overview

Purple Dental is a medical device startup improving dental experience through patient centered design. Our first product is called Purple Tip. It is a tooth isolation and moisture control device. Its simplistic design helps dentists make procedures faster, safer and more comfortable. Even though Purple Tip works for any dental treatment, it excels in pediatric dentistry, providing a solution far superior than any other competitor.

Daniel Budnik

Daniel Budnik is the co-founder of Purple Dental. Before Purple Dental, Daniel worked in the startup world, and funded startups in multiple industries, including nanotech and art. He holds an MBA from Babson. Daniel lives in Boston.

Ignacio Rippes

Ignacio is a dentist (DDS) and an inventor. He invented Tori during disaster relief in the Philippines after typhoon Haiyan. Besides being a dentist, Ignacio has vast experience in dental devices design. Ignacio lives in Boston.

Sriharsha Bade

Sriharsha is a marketing and business development professional. He has worked in and created sales and marketing teams in large companies and startups. Sriharsha has an MBA from Babson and lives in Boston.
