Overview

PadMatch, LLC is developing a comprehensive residential rental website/app and property management software that eliminates tenant-paid brokers’ fees for rentals. That's right, all apartments on the platform will never have a Broker Fee. In addition, our goal is to also eliminate security deposits for all qualified renters. With the high costs of housing, we are working to reduce upfront move in costs by roughly 50%

Richard Murphy

Real Estate Broker & property manager for over 10 years. Richard is a Boston native and real estate broker since 2007. He was the founding Broker of Ascend Realty Group (2007) and Match Realty (2015). Richard studied civil engineering at Northeastern University in 2001 and he earned a BA in Business Management in 2006. He is a combat veteran with 15 years in the Army and the MA National Guard.

Alyaa Murphy

Alyaa moved to Boston from Malaysia in 2013 and she received her Real Estate Agent License in 2017. At Match Realty, she manages operations and hires and trains new agents. She also oversees online marketing. Alyaa has was educated in foreign language studies and was a small business owner in Malaysia.
