Overview

Oculus Health effectively manages the lifecycle continuum of Medicare patients- from preventive services, Chronic Care Management, Transitional Care Management, Remote Vitals, and Telehealth. Medicare patients are worth an unprecedented additional $1,000+, but providers don't have the infrastructure to capture the value. Our objective is to generate the Intelligence to provide patients with the right care with the right context at the right time.

John Lustig

John is a seasoned HIT entrepreneur with 2 successful exits under his belt. Specializing in patient acquisition and strategy, he oversees the sales and marketing efforts under the business development umbrella. Prior to joining our organization, John grew his company's revenues from $300k in the first year to more than $2.2M the following year. He is expected to finish his Masters Spring 2016 in the Entrepreneur's Organization EMP program at MIT.

Sridhar Yerramreddy

He began his career as one of the earlier employees at BroadVision, a leading supplier of eCommerce and Personalization software and worked in several Health IT organizations in leadership role including at Penn State Hershey Medical Center and National Health Exchange. He received his Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from JNTU India and a Masters degree in Computer Engineering from University of Colorado, Boulder.
