Overview

Northeast Endeavors LLC is a veteran owned started literally as a conversation by three soldiers at a hole in the ground. As three infantrymen started learning of each other's careers before their Army deployment to the Khost province of Afghanistan, an idea was born. Real estate took a hard fall, and we believe rental unit acquisition is the best investment at this point in time. With us, all the bases are covered to rehab and maintain units

Over 15 years of previous construction experience, both as a licensed supervisor and project manager for many complex state and government issued contracts. Jon is "The Artist" of Northeast Endeavors.

Ryan Melville

Working for a large multi-national bank since he was 18 years of age, moving through to upper-level management in the Boston area branches, he is now handling the "numbers" aspect of the company. Organization of income, overhead, and taxes helps the company run smoothly.

Anthony Hamilton

Anthony, having served in the Army for the past 6 years in multiple deployments, is quickly learning both roles in construction and numbers aspects, able to fill any gaps that may arise. However his main job is searching out future projects and investors
