Natural Blue Steel/Atlantic is in the business of purchasing and dismantling power & manufacturing plants around the United States for the purpose of selling the steel, cooper, aluminum & other commodities to recycling yards. We are real estate people in reverse. Meaning the properties are purchased for the scrap value and torn down. The end result is a usable piece of land to be developed. In some cases, we also purchase the land.
