Overview

MSI provides a surgical instrument in response to unmet surgical needs. Stomach and gastrointestinal cancer is a major killer in the developed world. The endoscopic version of our instrument offers a unique flexibility to permit lifesaving operations which are not possible today. The lap and endo versions of the instrument have broad application to general MIS surgery. Handle and shaft separate and are reusable. Tips are single use disposable.

Experienced marketing expert and entrepreneur. Able to manage a wide range of startup company requirements with broad range of professional contacts for use as needed. Fortune 500 and startup experience, co-founded and grew enterprise software company to 32 people before sale.

Former DEC consulting engineer in computers and related electronics. Allan has provided MSI withexpertise in design and implementation of printed circuit boards for the product line.

Dr. Butera is developing the software for the MSI instrumentation. He is employed full time at the MIT Media Lab. Bill is familiar with medical device software development and has been an excellent contributor for us.
