With three decades of experience in the life science industry, Russell has earned a reputation as both an effective business leader and product development scientist. His executive experience spans being an entrepreneur raising capital, hiring a skilled team and building product lines from nascent technology to the R&D leader of a Fortune 1000 company. He has learned and excelled at building businesses through new technologies and new products.

Stephen Haralampu

Steve is a versatile R&D leader involved with the commercial-ization of highly technical concepts to successful products. In his diverse career of more than 3 decades, he has worked in companies ranging in size from startup to Fortune 50, in both the life sciences tools and consumer products (food) industries. He is a chemical engineer specializing in the physical and surface chemistry of biological systems, modeling, experimental design.

Bill Skea

Bill has extensive experience in moving products through the product development cycle into manufacturing. Former positions include Executive Vice President and General Manager of Proteome Systems, Vice President-Proteomics at Genomic Solutions, Vice President US Operations at Oxford GlycoSystems, Vice President of Development at PerSeptive BioSystems and Director of Life Science Corporate R&D at Millipore Corporation.
