At Kinger Analytics, our mission is to empower online shoppers to make smart buying decisions. What we do is develop solutions for retailers that help them enhance the eCommerce experience for their customers. Our developed solution: Customer Empowerment Exchange (CEX), is a patent-pending solution we developed to accomplish our mission. CEX does this by revolutionizing customer service for retailers and proving useful, data-driven analytics.

Vikas Kinger

Vikas Kinger has more than 25 years of Software Design & Development, Product Management, building Strategic Alliances & Product Marketing experience for Customer Engagement & Customer Experience solutions. He has worked for companies like IBM and Ambient. He also has an MBA from Boston University with a concentration in Strategy.
