Overview

FundersLink is an online crowd-funding platform for overseas investors to pool money online, and invest in pre-vetted properties in Canada and US. We are targeting at Chinese investors at Phase I, Asian investors at Phase II. Via an online funding portal, FundersLink provides one-stop service from deal underwriting and structuring, legal and investors’ support, to investment reporting and quarterly distribution. We are online placement agent.

Chief Investment Officer

Disheng Lin

Disheng Lin is currently an investment associate at The Townsend Group. He focuses on global investments on behalf of Townsend’s Co-Investment and Special Situations Funds. He has closed over $1 billion of transactions. Prior to Townsend, Disheng worked with Baring Private Equity Asia in Hong Kong and Caribbean Property Group in New York, and Swire Properties in Hong Kong. Disheng holds a Masters in Real Estate from Cornell University.

Gretchen Yuan

With 3 years of experience in real estate development and investment, Gretchen has spent her time in acquisition, development, asset management, investment and fundraising in Asia Pacific Region. Gretchen has worked with MGPA, and Swire Properties in Hong Kong. Gretchen received her Masters in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School. In 2013, Gretchen was selected into Harvard Innovation Lab as summer resident.
