Healthcare marketing strategist with experience as an agency founder/CEO (Aria Marketing), marketing vice president (Gartner Healthcare and CJ Singer) and brand manager (PictureTel), who works collaboratively to architect compelling brands, thought leadership initiatives and integrated marketing campaigns that build awareness, enhance reputations, drive revenue and create a platform for sustained growth.

Former executive in Fortune 100 firms, where she led divisions that generated billions in sales, and entrepreneurial start-ups, including CO-OP health insurer. Built new distribution channels, customer servicing, and marketing techniques to improve revenue growth, productivity, & customer loyalty. Ann has a MBA from Boston University and a BA in economics from the University of New Hampshire

Kristophe Diaz, PhD

Used data mining tools to study complex biological systems during his doctoral work. Now applying his data science expertise to spearhead the design and implementation of predictive analytics methods in the healthcare consumer space. He additionally runs a healthcare innovation and commercialization course at Harvard Medical School.

Scott Polansky

Mr. Polansky is responsible currently for driving all sales activities for ExperienceLab with insurance payers and vendors. In the past, he helped build the public health exchanges in MA and VT and has worked with payers and providers on a variety of strategic and operational projects. He has also been a senior executive with managed care plans in MA in business and product development.
