Overview

Collaperty is bringing crowdfunding to real estate investments. For real estate investors, it is lowering the capital barrier to entry, simplifying the investing process, and providing a newfound access to an alternative investment. Collaperty works with reputable developers with investment opportunities, after executing rigorous diligence it allows investors to buy shares of the investment and collect returns and updates over the platform.

Amit Patel

Amit is essential in managing the financial model and building the guts of the investment features. His great attention to detail and curious nature will force Collaperty to be detail orientated. He co-founded an investing entity- ARP Ventures which focuses on real estate investments in Boston, MA. Amit holds a BSBA degree in Finance, Management, and Economics from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.

Afjal A Wahidi

Afjal leads marketing and product development initiatives, and also provides strategic business oversight to keep Collaperty moving forward. Afjal is a data-driven individual who values data to make smart business decisions. He hopes to apply this culture of measurement within Collaperty’s operations to actively measure its business objectives. Afjal holds an Engineering degree from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.

Rishi Palriwala

Rishi’s role focuses on creating strategic partnerships and business modeling. His forward—thinking attitude and networking skills are essential to Collaperty’s growth and success. He co-founded an investing entity- ARP Ventures which focuses on real estate investments in Boston, MA. Rishi holds a BSBA degree in Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Economics from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.

Developer

Qais Alkurdi

Qais leads all web development and design efforts. His hunger for coding refinement will allow Collaperty as a service product to become successful. Qais holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a minor in Software Engineering from Southern Polytechnic State University from Marietta, Georgia.

Advisor

Nate Kline

Nate is an entrepreneur focused on financial training, investment banking/private equity, real estate development and brokerage and corporate advisory work. Nate was formerly a private equity associate at Fortress Investment Group LLC. There he specialized in evaluating, acquiring and managing the groups’ transportation and shipping real estate investments. Until date he has made and assisted with ~$25Bn in transactions.

Michael has comprehensive senior-level international experience in investment banking and technology with an emphasis on commercial real estate and corporate finance. He has completed over $11 billion in transactions through PE capital raising, dispositions, recapitalizations, and debt placement in 19 US states and 12 countries and territories. Extensive experience with institutional investors throughout North America, Europe, and the MiddleEast.
