Overview

The rapid growth of social media has left Fortune 500 and Inc. 5000 companies unable to support their customers on this channel. Buzzient solves the problem with a SaaS application that enables a client to (1) directly support customers on social media channels, or (2) integrate social data with existing customer service applications from Oracle, Salesforce.com, and others. Customers include Williams Sonoma, Laticrete, Airbus, and Zynga.

Mr. Nomura has over 15 years of experience as a software professional . Prior to Buzzient Mr. Nomura was with Idiom Technologies, a leader in Globalization Management Systems, and Perfect Commerce, a provider of Spend Management solutions. Earlier in his career, he held various senior sales engineering positions at Mobileum, EBA Systems, ChannelPoint and Scopus Technology/Siebel Systems.

Timothy Bernard Jones

Mr. Jones has over 15 years of executive experience starting new companies and developing new businesses in the technology industry. Mr. Jones has worked as a key contributor with two early stage companies from early stage through IPO; database vendor Sybase (IPO 1991) and systems management company OpenVision Technologies (IPO 1996). Mr. Jones started his career in the International Division of Oracle Corporation.

Ms. Sakakeeny-Smith has over ten years of financial leadership in public and private software firms. Prior to Buzzient, Ms. Sakakeeny-Smith was Director of Finance at Intronis, where she led Finance & Accounting efforts for this expansion stage cloud back-up and recovery provider. Before Intronis, she was at Aspen Technology (NADQ: AZPN), where she led worldwide corporate finance efforts for the global Professional Services organization.
