Andorra is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team. In addition to leading our client-facing efforts, you will have ownership of the future of Andorra’s sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing company at the intersections of finance and tech.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • - Develop Andorra’s sales pipeline and processes optimizing for growth, profitability, and customer success
  • - Deliver regular sales forecasts and customer feedback on trends, opportunities and challenges in order to benchmark and forecast
  • - Serve as an internal expert on target customer’s business and clinical needs to build strategies around messaging, product, service, and support accordingly
  • - Cultivate established contacts and open channels with new prospects
  • - Prospect, build, and drive ongoing relationships with key stakeholders in the financial industry.
  • - Effectively articulate Andorra's value proposition through the creation of sales decks, one-pagers, proposals, and other client-facing deliverables

  QUALIFICATIONS: - You have 3+ years of B2B sales experience in the financial services or enterprise tech industry - You have experience in startups, finance, or social impact and/or have a strong desire to understand how these fields intersect - You take a consultative approach to selling and are looked upon by your customers/clients as a trusted advisor - You are a team player who possesses the interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships - You understand how to systematically tinker and improve a sales cycle from lead to close - You can clearly and succinctly communicate technical information to nontechnical clients - You are comfortable with building strong rapport with C-suite and executive-level stakeholders     QUALIFICATIONS:
