Fab@CIC is proud to present a new motion capture studio, powered by Umajin and PhaseSpace!
If you are interested in Augmented or Virtual Reality (AR/VR), or in using motion capture to create videos, simulations or computer games, join us this evening to check out this new public resource. The launch will feature VR/AR demos using PhaseSpace motion capture and Umajin’s virtual environments. There will be information on how to sign up to use the motion capture studio for your own projects.
Makerspaces allow ideas to jump from digital representation to physical objects. With the addition of motion capture to our lab, we're excited to complete the circle and go from physical back to digital. Fab@CIC members and community can now scan objects into a digital environment and apply "real life" movement to them.
