Have at least 3 years professional experience in the tech and/or life science industries (manager level or above preferred, technical background preferred)
Are able to commit ~5 hours/month between February - August 2019 to mentees and Hack.Diversity events in the Greater Boston area as needed
Believe #actionsspeaklouder to increase diversity and inclusion in the innovation economy
