Hack.Diversity's 2019 Cohort is comprised of 50 Fellows - Black and Latinx students pursuing careers in software engineering, IT, and data analytics. All are rich with tenacity, curiosity, enthusiasm and drive, and are just starting out in their careers.

Have at least 3 years professional experience in the tech and/or life science industries (manager level or above preferred, technical background preferred)

Are able to commit ~5 hours/month between February - August 2019 to mentees and Hack.Diversity events in the Greater Boston area as needed
