FIDELMA RUSSO | Chief Technology Officer, Iron Mountain
As Iron Mountain’s CTO, Fidelma provides the leadership, vision, and roadmap for how technology can strengthen current and future product offerings, service delivery, and overall business. Prior to this, she has led Enterprise Storage and Software Solutions team at Dell EMC, driving business growth through focused product sales, investments in disruptive technologies and markets, and workforce globalization and service delivery automation. She is deeply committed to raising the profile of women in technology and is a frequent speaker on the topic at various events. She holds two US patents and serves on the board of Wolters Kluwer BV.

ASA KALAVADE | General Manager, Amazon Web Services
Asa is currently a General Manager at Amazon Web Services. Prior to AWS, she has founded two startups. Asa has experience in a range of industries, including cloud computing, hybrid storage, big data and analytics, and mobile. Asa started her career at Bell Labs and has a Ph.D. in EECS from the University of California, Berkeley and holds over 20 patents.

VANESSA FERRANTO | Head of the Product, The Grommet
Vanessa is currently on the executive team of The Grommet as the Head of Product and Design. She is an established software product management professional with experience in developing Product and Agile processes in growing B2B and B2C teams. Vanessa is also a co-founder of the Boston Women in Product group, whose mission is to build a community that empowers and encourages women in the field of PM, marketing and UX fields. She is also the co-creator of the Agile Product Open group, which focuses on bringing Agile principles to Product Management.

MONICA BRADY-MYEROV | Founder & CEO, Listenwise
Monica Brady-Myerov is the Founder and CEO of Listenwise, an award-winning listening skills platform. Listenwise harnesses the power of listening to advance literacy and learning in all students. Monica is a frequent speaker, workshop presenter, panelist and moderator. Before starting Listenwise, Monica was an award-winning public radio reporter for nearly 25 years. Monica was a Senior Reporter and Assistant Managing Editor at WBUR, Boston’s NPR news station. After graduating from Brown University, she was a freelance reporter in Kenya and Brazil. SHIRLEY LEUNG | Interim Editorial Page Editor at the Boston Globe
Shirley Leung is the interim Editorial Page Editor at the Boston Globe. She is the fifth woman and first person of color to hold the position in its 147-year history. Shirley also has been a Globe columnist writing on everything from the intersection of business and politics to gender issues in the workplace. She has been a three-time finalist for the Gerald Loeb Award for Commentary, and in 2018, Boston Magazine named her to its list of the “100 Most Influential People in Boston.” Shirley is a contributor to WGBH’s “Boston Public Radio” and “Greater Boston,” as well as a regular guest on New England Cable News. A graduate of Princeton University, Shirley has also worked at the Wall Street Journal and The Baltimore Sun. She is a working mom of two and lives in Milton.
