We are currently a full service wine distribution company that would like to change concept adding a coffee service element to picture. We are located in Cummings Park, Woburn. We feel this concept would work at this location due to daily traffic. Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks are across the street. Daily traffic count is 49,000 cars per day. The coffee store would resemble a Peet's coffee store. If concept works - then franchise by year 3.
