Meet our panelists:

Jennifer Jordan is a venture capitalist, board member, and mentor who’s spent her career helping entrepreneurs and investors build valuable enterprises, managing investor relations, and making direct venture investments in early-stage high tech companies. With 20 years of experience in tech and financial services, Jennifer is currently the founder and managing director of PickAxes & Shovels, and has previously served as Vice President at MassVentures, where she led the firm's investments in multiple high tech businesses.

Chris Selland, the current CEO at DipJar, is an executive with extensive experience in startup, expansion-stage and turnaround situations. He’s been in the leadership team for a number of early & expansion-stage companies through IPO & acquisition. Prior to DipJar, Chris served as VP for strategic alliances and corporate development at Unifi Software.

Tanveer Kathawalla is the COO of Analytical Space and Venture Partner at NextGen Venture Partners. His experience spans aerospace entrepreneurship, venture capital, and politics. Tanveer started his career at IBM’s management consulting unit, then worked to unify Florida’s entrepreneurial ecosystem while at the State of Florida’s economic development agency. After raising their first round of capital, Tanveer joined Analytical Space as their first CFO. Additionally, he is a Global Shaper at the World Economic Forum.

Will Hawkins is a seed stage venture capitalist and entrepreneur. He is currently a senior associate at Founder Collective, after co-founding and serving as COO at Sheprd.
