Collaborative Innovation Works

CI Works seek tenants open to an innovative approach for collaboration between mature and scale-up manufacturing and support businesses within a large campus of multi-tenant commercial and industrial real estate. Our approach includes flexible lease terms, support services, connection to government officials and resources, and collaboration across identified complementary businesses. The campus represents re-use of existing buildings used historically to manufacture different products and offer the utility of a manufacturing ready facility tenants could not otherwise afford. We also strive to locate in municipalities supporting manufacturing and job creation and a history that creates links to the community.
