Cre8MDI is a healthcare technology company founded to create medical device innovations. Our mission is to design, develop, patent, and commercialize innovative products that will improve the quality of health care and reduce cost through prediction, early detection, and monitoring. Cre8MDI's team has successfully brought a number of medical devices from concept to market, including a previous successful acquisition by GE Healthcare.

Roy Wallen

Roy Wallen has served in leadership roles for new medical technology in companies ranging from pre-revenue start-ups to large multinationals. He has an undergraduate degree in engineering with graduate studies in biomedical engineering and business and has spent his career managing businesses for sustainable profits and bringing new technologies into clinical use. He has driven many successful product launches in the US, Europe, and Asia.

David Cassidy

David Cassidy is president and founder of Cre8MDI, LLC. Cre8MDI's mission to develop and commercialize innovative diagnostic devices that will improve the quality of healthcare and reduce cost echoes David's lifelong commitment to helping others. David has more than 25 years' experience in the medical devices from concept through production and has authored multiple patents.

VP Quality and Regulatory

Marie Getchell

Marie Getchell brings extensive leadership experience in quality and regulatory management. She oversaw software system development and regulatory for Enginivity LLC (sold to GE Healthcare, now part of BD). She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell with a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Technology.

VP Marketing & Public Relations

Allison Reveley

Allison Reveley has extensive marketing, public relations, administrative, and design experience in a variety of sectors. Her undergraduate degree is from Arkansas Techical University.

VP Operations & Manufacturing

Mark Lewis

Mark Lewis is a senior executive with global strategic sourcing and strong manufacturing operations experience. He brings to Cre8MDI strengths in international culture, manufacturing, quality management, and regulatory affairs with demonstrated ability to manage and add value to complex, interconnected operations. He has held executive leadership roles at Sensitivity, Northeast Rubber Products, Enginivity, and Hydrocision.
