This class covers everything you need to get started using Microsoft Project to build and manage projects ranging from software development to construction and FDA approval. Course discussion and exercises show you how to:
- • Define tasks,
- • Create relationships between tasks,
- • Decide what level of detail to track,
- • Set up and assign resources,
- • Specify task duration and resource level, • Schedule holidays, shorter and longer work days, and vacations, and
- • Establish a baseline and track performance.
The class is taught by a Microsoft Project expert in the classroom with you, not on-line. Cost $260.
