Our first office was a basement, and we've grown into our great space downtown. We haven't forgot what it was like to be a 2-person company. We have one primary hiring criterion: No Assholes. As such, our team members are all fun, quirky, cool people to work with and be around. We have an open, airy work environment that promotes a culture of fun and creativity. Whether standing up, sitting down, laying on the couch, or something in between, we encourage people to work when and how they want to get the best results. The people here are very autonomous and self-motivated. They get their shit done and they can do what they want to relax or blow off steam to make that happen. Wanna play darts? Fine. Wanna shoot Nerf guns at your coworkers? Fine(ish). Wanna have some beer or single-malt scotch? Fine. This is a place where shit gets done and no corporate crap gets in the way. A bit of further information about our amenities listed on the right: 1) Our internet set up is RIDICULOUSLY good. We have the 100Mbs package from Comcast and a Wi-Fi grid epic enough for a company 10 times our size. If you work here, we can make you your own Wi-FI network and your own guest-network if you want to impress any visitors you have. Your connections will be totally secure and you don't have to worry about Pandemic Labs or anyone else being on the same Wi-Fi as you. 2) Our two big conference rooms are tricked out. Both can hold 8 people easily ( and more if you need). Both have 60-inch TVs on the wall connected to an AppleTV and Chromecast. You'll be able to display anything you need from any device seamlessly. 3) Our Office Manager is amazing. She's right at the front of the office and she'll always be available to receive your mail and packages and make sure you get them. You can also give your outgoing stuff to her, and she'll make sure it's get mailed/shipped. She's also a great resource to help make your company look better/cooler. For instance, if you have an investor or client coming in for a meeting, you can coordinate with her and she'll make sure there are refreshments and food laid out in the conference room for the meeting. 4) Our kitchen is huge, with a full refrigerator, garbage disposal, etc. It also has seating for up to 8 people, so you can eat there, or hold a meeting. We provide cups, plates, coffee, water, ice...and beer. We always have beer. And it's free to all.
