She Geeks Out's mission is to create an inclusive culture that values and upholds diversity. We offer diversity and inclusion training to companies of all sizes, in addition to supporting a vibrant community of women in STEM through events and networking. Our work provides the guidance necessary to help develop talents and skills in order to enact organizational transformations.

Felicia Jadczak

Felicia Jadczak is a recognized voice in the field of gender diversity. She specializes in creating innovative programs, including diversity solutions, for a technical audience. She has extensive experience in providing strategic guidance for diversity and gender inclusiveness across cross-functional teams. She is a co-founder of She Geeks Out, building a community of talented women and the companies that want to support and hire them.

Rachel Murray

For over 15 years Rachel has managed websites for a variety of companies and organizations, small and large, including the WHO. She has broad experience in understanding team dynamics, having managed web teams both abroad and stateside. She has worn many hats, from coding websites by hand to managing large migration and integration projects. Rachel's focus is on building She Geeks Out as the premiere organization supporting women in STEAM.
