His prior experience includes TV production and the US Department of State.

Steffen Eckart

Formerly Associate Director, in Large Pharmaceutical Company in Japan and now Head of Global Business Development at OCTB and Board Member. Steffen is based in Tokyo, Japan. He is responsible for delivering a superior experience to our learners on a global basis, by building and sustaining close relationships with our customers. His previous experience includes corporate HR, Learning & Development, and language training.

Vladimir Kovin – CEO. Vladimir is from Russia, and currently resides in Boston, USA. An accountant by trade, CPA, prior to this, he worked at Goldman Sachs and Citi. Vladimir designed and developed the OCTB Method wanting to bring accountability to language learning. After 9 years, Vladimir has overseen the company's expansion into Asia, Europe and Latin America.
