Our current product, the Omnistrator Medical Procedure Telementoring System, has been sold in the UK, Norway and India with FY2017-FY2018 sales projected to be 88 systems ($2.9M) with gross margins of 85% ($2.46M). Pre-Money valuation is $900K and we are seeking an investment of $600K needed for operational expenses to bring us to positive cash flow by year end.
