Edward J. Riekstins

For the past 20 years, Ed has been President of Q10/New England Realty Resources until the sale of his company to Northmarq Capital in January of 2012. Ed has structured in excess of $1B in commercial real estate deals including debt, equity, mezzanine, bridge loans and disposition of assets. Ed has a BA from Boston University and an MBA from Bentley College. Ed is also an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America

James (Jamie) M. Whelan

Jamie previously worked for Q10/New England Resources, LLC generating debt and equity opportunities in Maine and New Hampshire. Prior to Q10, Jamie was in charge of a 1,500 unit portfolio of multi family properties in Maine and New Hampshire for Princeton Properties, one of the largest apartment owners in the country. Jamie is past president of MEREDA and is a member of its Board of Directors.

Joel Kahn

Joel is managing partner of Equity Alliance, LLC a full service real estate consulting firm in business for over 25 years. Joel's experience as a "real estate counselor" includes 1000+ units of multifamily development, single tenanted, anchored strip and retail centers and multi storied office projects. Joel provides a variety of specialized services including project and construction management.
