Niku Ramen


Overview

Niku Ramen, located in downtown Boston, will serve the popular "ramen noodles" simmered in a house made broth as well as a modern twist to Japanese tapas ("izakaya"). Quick production and low food cost enables a highly profitable venture. The Back of the shop will feature a secret door leading to a high-end Gatsby like speakeasy cocktail bar serving unique drinks with the finest ingredients and rare whiskies from around the world.

Christopher Straub

Straub, a graduate of The George Washington University in Washington, D.C., started his hospitality career at a number of independent restaurants. Hyatt recruited him to run food and beverage operations at a number of locations around the country. Recently, Straub opened Park Hyatt New York, first Forbes rated 5 star hotel to open in NYC in 10 years. Straub managed over $16 million in food and beverage revenue in the first year of being open.
