Marco Dubbeld

Marco Dubbeld possesses over 10 years experience as a senior executive in the technology and banking industry. Prior to ngCompliance, Mr. Dubbeld was CTO for Syfact, a market leader providing financial Crime and Compliance technology solutions to the financial services industry. Mr. Dubbeld is also a NIBE-SVV certified Compliance Officer and holds a degree in telecommunications from the Polytechnic Alkmaar in the Netherlands.

Leon Pennings

Mr. Pennings has over 10 years of experience in complex development for AML, Case Management and Compliance software solutions. Prior to ngCompliance, Mr. Pennings was Chief Architect at Syfact. Mr. Pennings has also held senior development and architect positions at Ordina and Antares. Mr. Pennings holds a chemical engineering degree from Eindhoven University of Technology.

Senior Sales & Business Development Executive for a number of innovative GRC software companies including; Syfact, Inc, Actimize, Norkom Technologies and Brightware, Inc. (LBO) / MindBox, Inc., a leading supplier of customer-assisted software for the Internet utilizing advanced inference-based Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology.
