Founded in 2003, NetClarity is an emerging leader in Next Generation (NG) Network Access Control (NAC) products and technology. NAC provides intrusion prevention and defense for network threats and attacks originating inside the firewall. We sell our software pre-packaged on industry-standard network appliances into a variety of vertical markets where business continuity is critical. Hal Charnley

Hal Charnley joined NetClarity in 2010 as our President/CEO. He brings over 20 years of executive leadership expertise in high growth environments to NetClarity. From 2004 through 2009, he was the President of a leading regional specialty subcontractor where he provided leadership for this $30M business with 230 employees. Under his leadership, the company was recognized as one of the fastest growing private companies in the U.S. by Inc. Magazine

Gary Miliefsky

Gary Miliefsky is our Founder and CTO. Gary is responsible for driving our product strategy and evangelizing our company from a technical perspective. He is a founding member of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, serves on the Advisory Board to The MITRE Corporation’s CVE program, is a Founding Director of the National Information Security Group (NAISG.org) and is widely recognized as the inventor of agentless, non-inline network access

Bernard Girbal joined NetClarity in 2011 as our Vice President of International Operations after repeat successes spanning more than 20 years of scaling European, Middle East and African (EMEA) channels as the Vice President of Trend Micro, Packeteer (acquired by Blue Coat Systems), Art Technology Group (acquired by Oracle), Candle Corp (acquired by IBM) and Chipcom (acquired by 3Com).
