Overview

Lilypad Scales removes barriers to independence for people with physical disabilities with the first affordable, portable wheelchair scale. Our patent-pending scale will be sold through durable medical equipment retailers in physical stores and online, allowing us to reach the 4 million wheelchair users in the U.S. who live at home, as well as rehabilitation hospitals, nursing homes, visiting nurses, and doctor’s offices.

Co-founder and CEO

Molly Farison

Molly has experience with product and team management and a background in electrical engineering. She has been working on Lilypad Scales full time since June 2013. In her free time, she volunteers as a power wheelchair soccer referee for the Boston Brakers.

Amos Meeks

Amos has led product design from the start with his experience in mechanical engineering and materials science. He was the original inventor of the Lilypad Scale. In his free time he enjoys reading, running, and spinning fire.
