FreMon plans to become a leading global supplier of innovative freezer-to-vein cold chain of custody tracking, process monitoring and inventory management solutions for plasma and glycerolized blood. FreMon is developing innovative frozen storage and dry thawing solutions, which include state-of-the-art RFID inventory tracking, data recording and management systems for frozen plasma and glycerolized blood.

Moni Shavit

Moni is an entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in business, technology development, and marketing of medical devices, Among other roles, Moni has held positions as VP of R&D at ThermoGenesis Corp., MediVision and AFP Imaging Corp. He earned his M.Sc. and B.Sc. degrees in electronics from the Polytechnic Institute of New York University.

Fred J Thacher

As CEO of Community Care Systems, Fred grew US and Europe healthcare services to $85MM. As Director, Marketing and Bus. Development at AliMed he grew sales to >$90MM. Recently, as Manager International Business Development at ThermoGenesis he grew their EMEA distribution sales by 200%. He has a BS from Boston Univ, a Certificates in Finance from Stanford and Planning from Wharton. Fred is a US Army vet with Bronze Star, Purple Heart and Air Meda

David H Ramsdell

Dave has held senior financial management and advisory roles in computer software, life sciences, distribution, and other industries. As CFO, he has raised multiple rounds of financing, and has completed 3 IPO’s. He has worked with firms from start-up to $180 MM in revenue, both fast growth and those in transition. Dave has an MBA from Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
