Simultaneously we match employers to ideal candidates to fill their open positions. Our services are accessible by way of a web application that can be integrated into existing online job boards like LinkedIn & Monster.

Fatima Aydin

Fatima is a Harvard-trained Clinical Psychologist with 14+ years of experience in the study of human behavior and extensive experience in founding and managing various organizations. Her organization, LifePath Institute, was founded in 2011, focused on the design and release of DreamJobFinders. She sees this endeavor as the culmination of her training, skills and personal interests, coming together in what she considers to be her “Dream Job”.

Andre P. Walton, PhD

André is currently the Visiting Professor of Entrepreneurship at the Newport Business School in Wales and Adjunct Faculty at the University of Nevada, Reno with an expertise in the area of organizational creativity. Before pursuing an academic career, André was an entrepreneur and a business consultant in the area of corporate growth through innovation and new market development for which he received three prestigious awards.

Alex Aydin

Alex is a senior level technology executive who co-founded his first startup in 1985, a high tech company that went public in 1997. He has since co-founded and managed 3 other startups. He has a cross-functional background in a variety of public and private companies, specializing in rapid growth enterprises and experience in managing all phases of a company’s life cycle including startup, growth, downsizing and acquisition.

Cy Khormaee

Cy is a business development consultant and a sought after public speaker, regularly lecturing at universities across the U.S. Formerly he was a Technology Evangelist at Microsoft, focused on Social Computing and prior to that, a Program Manager responsible for the analytics engines behind MSN.com and Windows Live Messenger ad sales. Cy holds an MBA from Harvard School of Business and a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Washington.
