Overview

Dover is a 15-person seed-stage silicon IP licensing business with a DARPA research pedigree and $28M in non-dilutive financing. The product is CoreGuard, a hybrid HW and SW cybersecurity system that watches each instruction executed by the processor it is protecting determining if it is doing the correct thing or not. Contracts with NXP, Cadence and about to close with Air Force. Pipeline is healthy; 2020 revenues are projected to be $5M.
