Bow & Drape is an e-commerce apparel brand that we design and YOU perfect. Bow & Drape is a brand for the discerning woman who wants to avoid the retail clutter. With a few clicks, Bow & Drape guides its shoppers to flattering silhouettes that they can easily modify into unique clothing, using our hand-selected silhouettes, fabric, and trim. We give women the opportunity to create transitional and timeless clothing that fits their individuality.

Founder & CEO

Aubrie Pagano

Aubrie is a 2008 graduate of Harvard College. Upon graduating, she spent 4 years focusing on management consulting, learning the ins and outs of one of the world's largest international finance firms and applying that training in the retail industry. Simultaneously, Aubrie also began to explore her interest in fashion, by becoming a designer’s apprentice. She has since nurtured her passion into a business by founding Bow & Drape in 2012.

Technical Co-Founder

Chirag Nirmal

Chirag has a decade of experience leading development teams, and has founded several startups. He served as the CTO for Ringtela and founded his own health startup called Diet Plan Manager (DPM). Chirag joined Bow & Drape as CTO because the company's business model presents a technically interesting challenge. Chirag is intrigued by the idea of mass customization and has built proprietary rendering software to bring user's designs to life.

Brand Director

Holly Penikas

Holly studied Marketing at Miami University and Writing, Literature, and Publishing at Emerson College. She spent several years in luxury retail and hospitality on Boston's prestigious Newbury Street, immersing herself in the fashion and beauty industry. Today Holly works in communications and stays connected to the world of fashion through blogging. Holly joined Bow & Drape because she is excited by the idea of personalized shopping.

Jera Foster-Fell

Jera graduated from USC in 2010 with a degree in Fine Art. She then went on to work at premier firm Show Media in Los Angeles. She recently moved to Boston and began working at Bow & Drape. Jera is most excited about the concept of fusing graphic and fashion design to bring forth a revolutionary new technology in retail.

Rachelle Madick

Shelly is Bow & Drape's newest team member, recently returning to her manufacturing roots to run B&D's operations and fulfillment center. Aubrie and Shelly met while at Harvard and grew to be friends and just this past August Aubrie convinced Shelly to join full time. Shelly is equipped to tackle the complicated product lifecycle challenges as well as negotiate with service providers, as she previously worked for her family's steel company manag
