Since 2014 Acquire has been successfully operating an online real estate investment portal that provides investors with access to high-quality commercial real estate (CRE) opportunities. After seeing a distinct need and market demand for CRE investment groups to more efficiently manage their real estate portfolios, Acquire is in the process of developing a SaaS product to automate all aspects of real estate funding and investment management.

Josh Klimkiewicz is President of Acquire Real Estate, a provider of premier, enterprise-class technology solutions for the commercial real estate industry. As a former Vice President at CBRE, Josh has more than decade of experience in real estate capital markets and has been involved in the acquisition, disposition and structured finance of over $5 billion in real estate transactions.

Gerry Polucci is an accomplished software architect and engineer with over 30 years of experience. In 1996, Gerry founded Mindstorm Technologies, a software consultancy that innovated core technology products for other companies. Mindstorm developed many successful products including a medical imaging platform, one of the first Windows Mobile applications, and a storage management tool.
