Millennials Are at the Heart of Reebok's Big Relocation to Boston

Reebok is the latest local shoe giant to ditch the burbs for Boston.

The company, which Adidas acquired in 2006, currently occupies a 60-acre campus in Canton, complete with a 400-meter track. Executives there informed City Hall earlier this week they're looking for about 200,000 square feet of office space somewhere in Boston, with an intended move-in date of September 2017. This comes just weeks after they unveiled a new 3D printing technology, seen first in a limited-run shoe called Liquid Speed, that will bring some of its manufacturing back to the U.S.
