Meet Wafaa Arbash, Co-Founder and CEO of WorkAround

May 8, 2018

WorkAround is an impact sourcing provider helping companies get more done for less while giving jobs to refugees.

WorkAround was born while Wafaa was studying international development and conflict resolution at Brandeis University. As part of her master’s thesis, she wanted to find a sustainable solution for the refugee crisis so she started looking into ways to empower refugees to do work remotely since they have internet access and are educated and talented.
