You have both agency and in-house recruitment experience.
You’re experienced with white collar hires from relationship based industries like management consulting and professional services firms.
One of our super-powers is resume screening… and your search strategies are diverse and app-savvy.
You embody the “new school” of recruiting; you understand that search and selection are about a mix of potential and experience, and that each applicant should be viewed through an all-positions search mode.
You’re comfortable with dynamic job descriptions and a fast-paced, start-up like work environment.
You’re strong at identifying transferable skills, skilled in recruiting recent graduates.
You know and love the admin work that makes a process successful and scalable. You’re also tech savvy- Google apps, Microsoft office, etc.
