- Manage and grow the Signify's business in the territory with Electrical Wholesalers, Specifiers and Major end users in conjunction with Specification Engineers
- Grow the business profitability in alignment with business goals and budgets.
- Develop highly effective relationships with all wholesaler projects offices, specifiers and key contacts at all levels of their organization,
- Achieve sales growth, margin growth, distribution and share growth
- Follow through sales processes applying appropriate sales-tools, tactics and strategies in order to close the deal
- Participate in the sales planning exercise for location
- Ensure customer satisfaction by timely responding to all customer requests so that customers find it easy to do business with Signify
- Support new products launches
- Passionate for customer service and support
- Someone with proven successful sales experience with a "can-do" attitude
- A strong communicator with well-developed negotiation skills
- A natural collaborator and have a demonstrated capacity to work in a dynamic team
- Able to build strong customer relationships
