Emprendimiento para Todos (EparaTodos)

Emprendimiento para Todos, or EparaTodos, is a small-business incubator based in the city of Lawrence and neighboring towns. We provide assistance to Latino immigrants who want to open their own business. Our Spanish-language accelerator program is part of a larger organization, Entrepreneurship for All, which works to promote business growth that also has a social impact.

Fairmount Innovation Lab

The Fairmount Innovation Lab is a unique, cross-sector lab, incubator, and accelerator for elevating, launching and growing creative enterprises along the Fairmount Commuter Rail Line. Launched and directed by Artmorpheus, the Fairmount Innovation Lab is part of the larger Fairmount Cultural Corridor, a collaborative Placemaking initiative and partnership which draws upon the local cultural assets and ethnic traditions along the Fairmount Commuter Line to support vibrant, livable neighborhoods and an active, sustainable local creative economy.

Autodesk Boston BUILD Space

BUILD (Building, Innovation, Learning and Design) is Autodesk's latest coworking and shop space located in South Boston's Innovation District. This 34,000 sq ft facility will house workshops for metal fabrication, machining (CNC & Manual), wood working, water jet cutting, large format routing, laser cutting, composites, glass, robotics and 3D printing.

The Record Company is a non-profit music incubator with a mission to build a sustainable, nationally-recognized music scene in Boston.

Factory45

Factory45 is an online accelerator program that takes sustainable apparel companies from idea to launch. The entrepreneurs who join Factory45 are given the resources and connections to source fabric, find a manufacturer in the U.S. and raise money to fund production in six months.
