Innovation Women has partnered with Staples for an Innovation Women Speaker Series at Staples Studio.

Join us as Irina Agoulnik speaks on digital transformation driven by strategy. Learn the growing impact of digital disruption and AI. After Irina's presentation, network and get to know other leading women in the local business community.

We encourage everyone to join us this summer to learn about a variety of topics. Innovation Women members, non-members, men and women are welcome to join!

6:20 - 7:30 p.m. - Digital Transformation Driven by Strategy by Irina Agoulnik

With the growing impact of DT on revenue, there is a need to reshape Pharma’s corporate strategy model to include a special sector -Technology Strategy - with designated executive oversight and responsibilities for driving DT implementation.

Here, we will discuss digital disruption and augmentation of pharma R&D with artificial intelligence, Big Data, Blockchain, IoT and other technologies, as well as their impact on tactical, non-programmed and strategic decisions that ultimately increase organizational efficiency, increase profits, and help keeping up with the competition. The road map concepts for navigating DT implementation will also be introduced.

Currently, her business management consulting services offer research & digital technology management solutions for business growth. Irina seats on the non-profit Board for a scientific digital platform company, serves as a liaison between Technology and Strategic Planning Committees at The Boston Club, named Professional Woman of the Year (2014), and featured in Woman of Distinctionmagazine (2016).Irina worked at Princeton University, DFCI and BWH (both Harvard Medical School affiliates), and Millennium Pharmaceuticals (Takeda).
