Specific resume examples for software engineers and UX, but the framework can be applied to almost any tech role.

The Broad Institute's Data Sciences Platform has quadrupled in size since it was started four years ago, growing from 40 to nearly 200 people. Kathleen will give an overview of the interview process they've developed over time, which is designed to help them hire great engineers, reduce bias in their interview process, and give candidates a good idea of what it's like to work with them.
